In this reflective episode of The Dream Lab Podcast, host Christina B. revisits the powerful topic of negative self-talk first explored in Episode 10, “Conquering Negative Self Talk: What You Think About and Say To Yourself Will Determine Your Results.” If you haven’t heard that episode yet, it’s essential listening to fully grasp the impact of your inner dialogue.
Drawing from Mark 11, Christina reminds us of Jesus’ words: “You can have what you say.” Speaking life and faith over your dreams isn’t just motivational—it’s spiritual. Your words reveal the condition of your heart, so paying attention to what you say is a powerful way to understand your emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Feeling sad, angry, or joyful? Only you can discern your heart’s state—and God is ready to bring comfort and guidance where needed.
Living your dreams is not only transformative for you but also gives others permission to pursue theirs. What if your dreams are a reflection of God’s heart, meant to inspire and bless those around you?
Christina also shares insights from Bonnie Ware’s bestselling book, The Top Five Regrets of the Dying, highlighting the importance of living a life true to yourself—expressing your feelings, nurturing relationships, and embracing happiness.
In this episode, you’ll reflect on:
Beloved, don’t wait to make room for your dreams. If not you, then who? If not now, then when?
